# Plastics recycling organisation, Polyco, has invested two-million-rand in Enviro Plastic Africa’s recycling facility in Vereeniging in Gauteng, boosting its plastic recycling capacity five-fold. The upgraded plant now processes up to 100 tonnes of plastic per month and produces higher-quality recycled plastics, reducing waste and diverting more material from landfills. Polyco’s Chantal Philander says the investment also supports local job creation, particularly for youth and women, and strengthens economic growth:
