# Minister in the Presidency Khumbudzo Ntshavheni says the cabinet has approved two bills for Parliament. The South African Judicial Education Institute Bill will restructure the institute that trains judges, including the appointment of a dean and clarification of the director’s role, to strengthen and make courts fairer. The Business Licensing Bill will modernise business licensing, boost economic growth, and support small and informal businesses. Ntshavheni added both bills are now open for public comment:
