# The National Prosecuting Authority has welcomed the Pretoria High Court’s dismissal of a Section 174 application by accused number four, Mthokozisi Maphisa, in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial. Judge Ratha Mokgatlheng ruled there is prima facie evidence requiring answers. Maphisa and four co-accused face charges including murder, attempted murder, and robbery. NPA spokesperson Lumka Mahanjana says the ruling is a step toward justice as the trial resumes on 22 September:
