# The Iranian Embassy has submitted a formal proposal to the City of Tshwane, requesting land or a building to establish a permanent Iranian Cultural Complex. Cultural Counsellor, Seyed Mostafa Daryabari, says the facility will include a museum, cinema, library, Iranian restaurant, and shops, serving as a hub for intercultural exchange. The complex aims to boost local employment, tourism, education, and urban renewal. He says that the initiative aligns with Tshwane’s goals for inclusive economic growth and social development. One of the buildings Tshwane is considering is the dilapidated City Hall complex.
