# Rugby: On a night where Van der Merwe featured four times on the Springbok scoresheet, Rassie Erasmus’ warriors capped the first phase of their international season with a comprehensive 55-10 win over Georgia in Mbombela. Debutant Marnus van der Merwe scored two tries and was matched by his namesake, winger Edwill. The Boks scored a total of nine tries with Boan Venter, Canan Moodie, Kurt-Lee Arendse, Damian Willemse and Handre Pollard adding the rest. The Springboks now have a three-week break before the opening test in the Rugby Championship on 16 August at Ellis Park.
