Cape Town offers R100,000 reward to catch Mitchells Plain shooters [SOUND]

# The City of Cape Town is offering a 100-thousand-rand reward for information that leads to the arrest and prosecution of those responsible for mass shootings in Mitchells Plain. On Thursday, ten people were shot in three separate incidents in Beacon Valley and three died. Two more people were killed in Tafelsig and Town Centre.
