# A criminal investigation has been launched into the performances of Bob Vylan and Kneecap at the Glastonbury Festival in England on Saturday. Britain’s Culture secretary, Lisa Nandy, has claimed there is a leadership problem at the BBC. She criticised the corporation over its decision not to pull the livestream after the band’s frontman shouted “death, death to the IDF”, referring to the Israeli Defence Force. Nandy says the government would not tolerate anti-Semitism. BBC director-general Tim Davie is now facing calls for his resignation.
