# The Road Accident Fund’s CEO Collins Letsoalo’s urgent court bid to overturn his suspension for insubordination has been dismissed with costs by the Hight Court in Pretoria. Judge Graham Moshoana ruled the RAF board’s decision was lawful and reasonable. Letsoalo was suspended for defying Parliament’s Standing Committee on Public Accounts. The court found no legal basis for his claims, rejected his alleged right to be reappointed, and criticised his failure to join Transport minister Barbara Creecy in the application.
