# The DA has welcomed the arrest of Crime Intelligence boss, Dumisani Khumalo, in connection with alleged unlawful senior appointments. This follows the arrest of several other senior officers from the Crime Intelligence division earlier this month, including chief financial officer Philani Lushaba, in connection with an alleged cover-up of a burglary and the alleged unlawful purchase of two luxury properties.
