Graham-Maré says the plan aims to create 25-thousand jobs by 2030 through industrialisation and training. The minister says a key initiative is the Energy and Water Sector Education Training Authority’s PowerUp platform, developed with GreenCape and UK PACT, which links education and industry to tackle skills gaps:
