# Cosatu says it joins its affiliate, SATAWU, in celebrating the court victory, enabling workers to attach the assets of Mafoko Security. The High Court in Johannesburg ruled in favour of 144 former employees of Mafoko Security, who want to recoup pension contributions the company deducted from their pay, but failed to pay over to the Private Security Sector Provident Fund for over five years. Cosatu’s spokesperson, Zanele Sabela, says they commend the workers for their resolve:
