# The Public Servants Association says a toxic political culture is to blame for the resignation of KwaZulu-Natal director-general Nonhlanhla Mkhize. The union claims Mkhize was threatened with violence after refusing to approve irregular appointments linked to a 100-million-rand youth fund.
