Trollip welcomes Nulane ruling by Supreme Court of Appeal [SOUND]

# ActionSA member of Parliament, Athol Trollip, has welcomed the Supreme Court of Appeal’s decision allowing the National Prosecuting Authority to re-enrol the Nulane Investments fraud case. Trollip says this paves the way for critical corruption prosecutions for the NPA to rebuild public confidence. He says that there has to be a review on appointments of acting judges who will make proper rulings especially in state capture cases:
