# Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Angie Motshekga, is in Berlin, Germany, attending the United Nations peacekeeping ministerial. The high-level forum, from yesterday and concluding today, brings together defence ministers from across the globe to discuss strengthening peacekeeping mandates and pledging support for future peace operations. Ministry spokesperson Onicca Kwakwa says Motshekga will also be engaging with her counterparts, including Germany’s Defence minister, Boris Pistorius, on bilateral issues:
