Cosatu supports Saccawu as ConCourt is set to hear its appeal against Massmart judgment [SOUND]

# Cosatu says it fully supports the South African Commercial, Catering and Allied Workers Union’s case against Massmart. The Constitutional Court will today hear the union’s appeal of a Labour Court judgment over an order to pay damages to the tune of 9.4-million-rand to Massmart. The retail group sued the union for damages as a result of unlawful conduct during Saccawu’s indefinite protected strike in November 2021.
