Firefighters battling a blaze in Upper Tokai, Cape Town [SOUND]

# The South African National Parks mobilised all available firefighting resources as three separate fires started yesterday afternoon and early evening in the Lower and Upper Tokai areas of Table Mountain National Park. Fires one and two were successfully contained overnight, but the third fire remains active. It is currently burning toward Elephants Eye and the Gym Thickets. SANParks spokesperson, JP Louw, says fire crews are working to prevent the blaze from spreading into the trees in that area:
