UP professor Zodwa Dlamini appointed to the Exposome Moonshot Forum committee

# University of Pretoria’s professor, Zodwa Dlamini, has been appointed to the Steering Committee of the first Exposome Moonshot Forum. The forum set to take place in Washington in May, will focus on the emerging field of exposomics, which studies the cumulative effects of environmental exposures on human health. Dlamini is the founding Director of the university’s Pan African Cancer Research Institute. She says researchers are aiming to achieve a more complete understanding of disease development and, ultimately, improve personalised medicine and public health outcomes.
