# Soccer: The winner of this year’s expanded Club World Cup in the United States will receive up to 2.3-billion-rand in prize money. FIFA earlier announced a total prize fund of more than 18-billion-rand for the event, which runs from 14 June to 13 July. FIFA has now broken down the sums for the 32 participating teams, including Mamelodi Sundowns from South Africa. Sundowns will receive almost 175-million-rand for just taking part. Real Madrid, Al Ahly, Paris Saint-German, Manchester City and Chelsea are some of the other teams in the tournament.
