# The University of Fort Hare says the state-of-the-art simulation labs at the Faculty of Health Sciences building on the East London campus, has transformed how students gain practical experience. Nursing and speech-language pathology students can now enhance their clinical skills using advanced high-fidelity manikins, that can simulate breathing, crying, blinking, eating, and even giving birth. The university says among the standout areas in the simulation labs are the midwifery, intensive care unit, and theatre wards, each designed to mirror real healthcare settings.
