# Motorsport: Thirty-six-year-old Sergio Perez has signed a new multi-year contract with Cadillac which will see him remain with the American Formula One outfit until at least 2029. His contract was understood to have been due to expire at the end of next year. Perez, who joined the team ahead of its F-1 debut this year, says the progress they have made together is incredibly rewarding. He is also set to make his 300th Grand Prix start in front of his home crowd in Mexico City on Sunday.
