# DRDGold says its gold production increased by ten-percent to more than 42-thousand ounces in the three months from July to September, compared with the same period last year. The gold producer’s operating profit rose by 42-percent to 1.6-billion-rand, while revenue increased by 31-percent to about three-billion-rand. The company generated 726-million-rand in free cash and ended the quarter with three-billion-rand in cash and no bank debt. DRDGold remains on track to meet its gold production targets for the 2027 financial year.
