# Rugby: Spain wants to use some of its iconic soccer stadiums if it wins the bid to host the 2035 World Cup. These include Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabeu and Barcelona’s Camp Nou. The country’s governing body submitted a detailed applicant questionnaire to World Rugby earlier this month. Its list of potential venues also includes Atletico Madrid’s Metropolitano Stadium. The bid reportedly plans to capitalise on the infrastructure developed for 2030’s Soccer World Cup, which Spain will co-host with Portugal and Morocco.
