# The MK Party has expressed disappointment at the Constitutional Court judgment allowing the ANC to include more names on its list of councillor candidates submitted to the Electoral Commission. The court has instructed the IEC to include 181 councillor candidates excluded from the ANC lists in all electoral processes ahead of next month’s local government elections. The MK Party says it is concerned that this judgment raises serious concerns about equality before the law, the consistent application of electoral rules and public confidence in the impartial administration of justice.
