# Section27 has welcomed a ruling by the High Court in Polokwane clearing 50 former matric learners from Baphutheng Senior Secondary School in Limpopo of examination irregularities. The learners had been accused of group copying after similarities were found in their 2024 Business Studies and Economics exam answers. The organisation’s Thato Gaffane says the provincial Department of Education has been ordered to release their full results and issue their National Senior Certificates:
