# The ANC has accused suspended National Police Commissioner Fanie Masemola of failing his constitutional duty by not acting against suspended Police minister Senzo Mchunu’s directive to interfere in crime intelligence appointments. This is one of the party’s submissions, as the Ad Hoc Committee looking into allegations of criminality within the police service continues to deliberate on its draft report.
