# The DA has filed an urgent application in the Electoral Court accusing the EFF, ActionSA, MK Party and the GOOD Party of deliberately concealing candidates from voters. It alleges that the parties are bending the rules by misinterpreting the law, which allows the Electoral Commission to request a party to submit extra names after an election. DA national spokesperson, Karabo Khakhau, says this is if that party wins more seats than it has candidates on their proportional representation list:
