European Council president emphasises the importance of multilateral cooperation and international law [SOUND]

# European Council president António Costa says that, in a world of growing divisions, a strong shared commitment to cooperation still extends across continents, regions and political traditions. He co-hosted the inaugural Partners for Multilateralism Summit with Australia, Barbados, Brazil, Canada, India, and Kenya, on the sidelines of the 81st United Nations General Assembly in New York.
