# EFF leader Julius Malema is taking the party’s local government election manifesto rally to Delft South Sports Complex in Cape Town. The party is targeting the City of Cape Town ahead of the November fourth local government elections. The EFF says its campaign is focused on service delivery, crime, housing, sanitation, electricity costs and unemployment. The party will also reaffirm the party’s stance on land redistribution policy and its decision to field its own mayoral candidates in municipalities.
