# Public Service Commission chairperson Somadoda Fikeni has warned that recommendations from the Madlanga Commission could face resistance after the inquiry concludes. Testifying before the commission, Fikeni said resistance may involve legal hurdles, resource constraints, administrative processes or institutional dependencies, rather than outright refusal. He says the success of a commission should be measured by what happens after its report, including clear responsibility, resources, progress reporting and independent verification of implementation:
