# The Public Servants Association has welcomed the dismissal of Government Pensions Administration Agency CEO Kedibone Madiehe following a disciplinary process. The process followed a forensic investigation into alleged procurement irregularities involving office accommodation, a security services contract and corporate uniforms for employees. The PSA’s Claude Naiker says the dismissal is an important step towards improving accountability and good governance at the agency:
