# The Freedom Front Plus says Ekurhuleni’s Building Control Department has finally admitted the construction of units on a property in Ravenklip, Boksburg, is illegal. The party received complaints from residents in June and formally requested the metro to confirm whether the building plans were approved. Spokesperson Denise Janse van Rensburg says the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act clearly stipulate no-one may undertake construction without the required approved building plans:
