# The City of Tshwane Emergency Services Department, in partnership with the Local Government Sector Education and Training Authority and Ithuba Recruitment, is conducting the selection process for the Emergency Services Learnership Programme this month. The programme is aimed at empowering young people with skills and exposing them to firefighting as a career of choice. The metro says prospective candidates will undergo a series of assessments, including a 2.4-kilometre fitness run, a candidate physical ability test and interviews.
