According to reports, a highly coordinated attack occurred in the Klapmuts area over the weekend, where six-armed men broke into a farmhouse, assaulted a couple with cable ties before stealing valuables. Separately, Western Cape police spokesperson Captain Frederick van Wyk confirmed a couple was seriously injured on Friday night when three balaclava-clad suspects assaulted and stole firearms at a farm near Stellenbosch. He says no arrests have been made.
