DA leader promises tougher enforcement against dumping if re-elected as Cape Town mayor [SOUND]

# DA leader and Cape Town mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis has pledged tougher action against illegal dumping and littering if the party secures another majority in the 4 November local government elections. He launched the party’s third campaign pledge at Princess Vlei, committing to expand cleaning services, particularly in informal settlements, and continue upgrading parks, beaches and other public spaces.
