Rugby: O’Connor rejoins Western Force with hopes to play for Wallabies in World Cup

# Rugby: Veteran flyhalf James O’Connor hopes to represent the Wallabies in next year’s home World Cup after returning to Super Rugby team Western Force. He made his debut for the team in Perth at the age of 17 in 2008 and represented a slew of other clubs since, including London Irish, Sale Sharks, the Crusaders and Leicester Tigers. Thirty-six-year-old O’Connor played 71 Tests for Australia since 2008. He says he’s excited to bring his experience to the Force after playing all over the world for two decades.
