# The Electoral Court has found the GOOD Party breached the Political Funding Act over an undisclosed 900-thousand-rand campaign donation. The party failed to disclose the donation to buy T-shirts and party regalia ahead of the 2021 municipal elections. The court has ordered the GOOD Party to pay 50-thousand-rand for contravening section 9 of the Act. The party and secretary-general Brett Herron, as accounting officer, have also been ordered to pay an administrative penalty of 40-thousand-rand for contravening section 12 of the Act, which deals with accounting for political party income.
