# AfriForum submitted an application for contempt of court against the EFF and the party’s leader, Julius Malema, to the Pretoria High Court. The organisation’s CEO, Kallie Kriel, says the application comes after the EFF and Malema’s renewed calls for illegal land occupation, despite a court order obtained by AfriForum in 2017 that prohibits them from making any such calls. He says during a public EFF lecture at the University of Limpopo last month, Malema referred to young people who will one day enter and occupy a farm in Stellenbosch:
