# The National Consumer Commission has alerted consumers to a recall of certain Toyota vehicles following a notification from Toyota South Africa Motors. The recall involves a combination meter reprogramming issue affecting 16 RAV-4 hybrid electrical vehicles, four Corolla Cross vehicles, 391 Corolla Hatchbacks, 21 Crowns and 86 GR Corollas. NCC spokesperson Phetho Ntaba says the affected vehicles were sold through Toyota dealers nationwide and include models manufactured from various dates between July 2022 and July 2024:
