# ActionSA member of Parliament, Dereleen James, has strongly denied claims made at the Madlanga Commission that she received classified Crime Intelligence documents. The allegations were made by Investigating Directorate Against Corruption state advocate Drushantha Ramsamy, who claimed the documents were slipped under James’ parliamentary office door. James has told the SABC her only interaction with IDAC came after she issued a statement calling on the Independent Police Investigative Directorate to investigate the alleged misuse of Covid-19 funds within Crime Intelligence:
