# The embattled radiologist and television doctor Pieter Henning has died in a single-vehicle crash in Potchefstroom in North West. According to News24, Henning’s vehicle struck a light pole and several trees last night. The cause of the crash is under investigation. The co-founder of Keystone Radiology was facing an ongoing investigation by the Health Professions Council of South Africa, into allegations of opioid abuse, practising while impaired, and medical negligence. He also faced criminal charges linked to a separate shooting incident in Stellenbosch.
