# Tshwane mayor Nasiphi Moya says she acted in good faith and within her legal powers in matters relating to municipal manager Johann Mettler and chief financial official Gareth Mnisi. This follows court applications by the DA and Solidarity challenging recent council decisions. Moya’s spokesperson, Samkelo Mgobozi, says the applications for interim relief will be heard on Tuesday, while the main case will be decided at a later stage:
