# The Freedom Front Plus in Tshwane says the national Department of Water and Sanitation has investigated its complaint on the pollution of the Brits Dam by the Rooiwal wastewater treatment works north of Pretoria. The party’s Willie Spies says the department’s investigation has identified possible violations of the National Water Act by the metro. He says the department will institute appropriate legal steps to ensure that the violations are rectified:
