# The DA in Mpumalanga is calling on the provincial government to urgently make the international food market fully operational. The party picketed outside the facility yesterday because the three-billion-rand project remains largely idle despite welcoming its first client last month. The DA’s Trudie Grovè-Morgan says the project has still not delivered the 100-thousand jobs that were promised. Grovè-Morgan added the province’s high unemployment rate, particularly among young people, makes it important for the market to become fully operational.
