# A 31-year-old international drug mule has been arrested at OR Tambo International Airport after authorities seized cannabis worth an estimated 2.9-million-rand. Police say the suspect arrived from Thailand via Dubai last night and was intercepted during an intelligence-driven operation involving the Hawks, Border Management Authority, SARS Customs, Homeland Security USA, and SAPS. Spokesperson Granville Meyer says officers recovered 18.4-kilograms of cannabis from his luggage. He says he is due to appear in the Kempton Park Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
