# The Freedom Front Plus says City of Tshwane can no longer sweep the collapse of the metro’s wastewater treatment works under the rug. According to a quarterly oversight report by the Department of Utilities, Sunderland and Sandspruit are functioning at 26.3-percent capacity and Rooiwal North at 17.9-percent, while Babelegi has collapsed to 17.4-percent compliance.
