# The South African Revenue Service has introduced a limited-functionality online Waiting Room to support taxpayers during the auto-assessment period. The new feature allows eligible individual eFiling users to securely view their auto-assessment results in read-only mode while reducing pressure on the eFiling system during peak demand. Commissioner Johnstone Makhubu emphasised to SABC News that the Waiting Room is available exclusively to individual eFiling users during high-traffic auto-assessment periods:
