# Young Intelligent Minds of South Africa says the immigration crisis has reached a state of explosion due to government’s unwillingness to decisively handle the crisis sooner. This follows after two powerful earthquakes struck near the capital of Caracas, killing at least 235 people and injuring over four-thousand-300. The easing of restrictions covers the processing and transfer of funds on behalf of third-country persons to or from Venezuela, provided they support operations covered by the specific authorisation.
