# Crime Intelligence head Dumisani Khumalo and senior police officer Nozipho Madondo have filed formal complaints with Justice minister Mmamoloko Kubayi, acting Police minister Firoz Cachalia, and the National Prosecuting Authority, over the handling of an Investigating Directorate Against Corruption operation. The pair allege they were instructed to report to Brooklyn police station in Tshwane with overnight bags in anticipation of arrest warrants, which were never executed.
