15 killed and over 50 injured in violent clashes in Pakistan-administered Kashmir

# At least 15 people, eleven civilians and four security personnel, have been killed in violent clashes between protesters and security forces in Pakistan-administered Kashmir. At least 50 people have been injured. The unrest erupted following a call from the Joint Awami Action Committee, a coalition of activist groups, urging citizens to march to the regional capital, Muzaffarabad. This is over the reservation of 12 seats for refugees in the upcoming elections. The committee argues that all legislative positions should be filled by individuals who reside in the region.
