# SECTION27, on behalf of a parent of three learners, will approach the High Court in Johannesburg, seeking the re-enrollment of children who were excluded from a private school due to outstanding fees. The two Grade 12 learners and a Grade 4 learner were deregistered from the Independent Examinations Board’s exams and classes. Paralegal Kholofelo Mphahlele says the school cancelled the contract without a fair hearing:
